IFC Jersey is one of the Channel Islands' most significant commercial developments, a phased, multi-building business district designed to redefine the standard of Grade A office space on the island.
Jersey Development Company needed visuals that could serve across the full lifecycle of the project: from verified photomontages to support planning consent, through to pre-let marketing CGIs that could communicate the scheme's ambition to future tenants.
